Booking and Studio Policies
Evolution Ink LLC Studio Policies
Evolution Ink LLC, is about evolving the way the community interacts with the tattooing industry by providing an insight to the artistic process of tattooing in a calm, relaxing, salon/spa like environment, during a potentially high stress, high intensity procedure. We take care in understanding that this may be a brand new experience for you at our studio (or in general), and we want to make sure your experience exceeds every expectation you have (and all the ones your friends told you about) when looking for your new exclusive studio. We avoid the typical tattoo “parlor” image, with their loud music, overstimulating decor, and unreliable artists, experiences that have plagued the tattoo industry for decades. We pride ourselves on the high standards we set for our artists with professional, courteous, engaging, and qualified artists to create custom tattoo pieces, while also providing an experience of excellence. We also ask that our clients offer the same respect to our artists.
Please read the following Studio and Booking Policies:

Your deposit it NON-REFUNDABLE. Artist’s time is valuable and booking appointments and canceling, creates unprofitable gaps in an artists schedule that they are no longer able to fill. Your deposit will be forfeited under the following conditions;
-
If you are more than fifteen (15) minutes late for your appointment.
If you contact your artist with less than 24 hours before your appointment, with a significant design change.
If you contact your artist to reschedule with less than 48 hours before your appointment.
If you arrive to your appointment intoxicated, or under the influence of drugs.
If you arrive to your appointment with numbing cream applied to the tattoo area, unless specified usage is allowed by your artist.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must reach out to our studio OR your artist directly, to let them know of the circumstances. It is the discretion of each artist whether or not they will allow the reschedule or if forfeiture of the deposit is warranted, due to late notice.
-
As stated above, you cannot reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours before your appointment without forfeiture of your deposit.
ARTIST RATES are hourly and vary depending on artist skill level, the type of tattooing work being done, length of tattoo time, etc.. Artist’s minimum charge is one (1) hour, and their time will be billed in one (1) hour minimums. Partial hours, unless specifically booked, will be rounded up to the next hour.
-
At the completion of your consultation, your artist will instruct you on how many hours you need to book for the specifications they have determined. You will need to book that exact number of hours, or your artist may not have time to complete your piece and may need to reschedule your appointment, resulting in a forfeiture of your deposit for that appointment.
You will be responsible for the amount due for the full time you have booked.
Bringing a Guest/Multiple Clients at one time (this may vary from artist to artist):
-
You will be allowed to bring one (1) guest with you to your appointment.
If you bring a guest with you that is unruly or disruptive, your guest may be asked to leave, or your artist may end the appointment at any time, for disruption to their working environment.
Your guest is there for emotional support and suggestions ONLY IF ASKED. Full Stop. It is your body, and your tattoo. Your opinion is the say all, end all.
Your guest must not interfere with the tattooing process, by means of being overly talkative so the artist cannot concentrate, touching or stepping in sterile areas.

We offer a welcoming and SAFE environment to every sex, race, religion, or nationality, to those members of the LGBTQIA+ Community, those of differing political opinion, or choice of employment.

If you are having multiple tattoos in a single appointment, each tattoo will be considered an individual appointment and require the hourly minimum to begin at that the start of EACH additional tattoo.
